How it works

Get your code
After your first paid order, you get a personal code and link. They're on your order confirmation page, in your shipping email and under My Account → Refer a friend.

Share it
Send your link to colleagues, or give them your code. When they open your link, the discount is saved on their device for 30 days.

Your friend gets $10 off a first order of $100 or more, before shipping. The discount applies automatically from your link, or they can enter your code at checkout.

When your friend's order ships, we email you a $20 reward code. You can use it on your next order of $75 or more.

Questions
I can't see a referral code. Why?
Codes are created after your first paid order. Log in and open My Account → Refer a friend. If there's still nothing there, email us and we'll sort it out.
My friend forgot to use my link. Can I still get the reward?
They can type your code at checkout before placing the order. We can't add a code to an order after it has been placed.
Why was the discount removed at checkout?
The $10 discount is for first-time customers. We check the email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address against earlier orders. It also needs a product subtotal of at least $100, and it can't be combined with other discount codes.
When do I receive my $20?
As soon as your friend's order is marked shipped. The reward code arrives by email and also appears under My Account → Refer a friend.
Can I refer myself or someone in my household?
No. Referrals are for new customers only, and each household can receive the discount once.
What happens if my friend's order is cancelled or refunded?
An unused reward for that order is withdrawn. A reward you've already used stays used.
Where can I share my code?
With people you know: by email, by message or in person. Don't post it on coupon sites or use it in paid ads. If you share it publicly, say that you get a reward when someone uses it.
Program terms
Who can take part
- Referrers: customers aged 21 or over with at least one paid order.
- Referred friends: new customers aged 21 or over with a US shipping address who meet the same research-use requirements as every other customer.
Your friend's discount
- $10 off a first order with a product subtotal of $100 or more, before shipping.
- For first-time customers only. We check the email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address against earlier orders, so the discount applies once per person and once per household.
- It can't be combined with other discount codes.
Your reward
- One $20 reward code for each referred friend whose first order ships.
- It works only with the email address we send it to, on orders of $75 or more (before shipping). Each code can be used once and is valid for 6 months.
- You can combine several reward codes on one order, up to half of the order's product subtotal.
- Reward codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or sold.
- We issue up to 10 rewards per referrer per calendar month automatically. Beyond that, rewards are reviewed before they're issued.
- If a referred order is cancelled or refunded, its reward is withdrawn if it hasn't been used yet.
Sharing rules
Share your code with people you know. You may not:
- post it on coupon or deal websites, or submit it to coupon databases used by browser extensions;
- use it in paid advertising of any kind, including search ads on our name or on product names;
- send unsolicited messages or spam;
- refer yourself, for example with another email address, another account or a household member's details;
- make any statement about health, dosing, human or animal use, or results. Our products are sold for laboratory research use only.
If you share your code publicly, for example on social media, in a forum or in a video, say clearly that you receive a reward when someone uses it. For example: "I get a $20 credit if you use my code."
Our rights
We may withhold or cancel codes and rewards obtained in breach of these terms, and we may end anyone's participation in the program. We may change or end the program at any time. Reward codes already issued stay valid until they expire, unless they were obtained in breach of these terms.
