Acknowledgment of Research Risks and Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that experimental research chemicals and peptides involve inherent risks and uncertainties. These products are strictly intended for research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption. Furthermore, these products have not been evaluated by any regulatory authorities for safety or efficacy. By purchasing and using these products, you assume all experimental risks associated with their research.
Product Intended Use and Legal Notice
Our research chemicals and peptides are exclusively intended for laboratory research purposes. They are not designed for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical use. By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
International Nonproprietary Names (INN)
“Tirzepatide”, “Semaglutide”, and “Retatrutide” are recognized International Nonproprietary Names (INN) established by the World Health Organization. As such, these names are not subject to trademark protection and are used solely to identify the underlying chemical substances.
Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEUROPEPTLABS LLC., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your research with NEUROPEPTLABS LLC. products.
Consent to Waiver
By purchasing any research products offered by NEUROPEPTLABS LLC., you voluntarily waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, liabilities, or damages against NEUROPEPTLABS LLC., its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, arising from or related to the research and experiments of said products. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
Severability
If any provision of this Waiver Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
This Waiver Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify this Waiver Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued research and analytical use of our products after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
